Remisage
ROUES ET FREINS ET SUSPENSIONS
• Débloquer et resserrer les écrous de roue pour éviter
leur grippage.
• Nettoyer et huiler les articulations du système de
freinage.
• Vérifier le jeu latéral des roulements en secouant la
roue.
• Resserrer les roulements si nécessaire.
• Vérifier l’état des brides des ressorts de flèche et
d’essieux.
• Vérifier l’état des goupilles cylindriques fendues sur les
axes de maintien des biellettes de réglage du ressort de
flèche.

PANDEUR
• Vérifier la tension du tapis convoyeur, retendre si
nécessaire.
TRANSMISSIONS
• Démonter la transmission à cardan tracteur-machine,
nettoyer et graisser, y compris les bouts d’arbres
cannelés de l’arbre de transmission sous machine, puis
poser la transmission sur son support.
• La transmission à cardan sous la machine et la
transmission du DPA : démonter, nettoyer tubes
métalliques et protecteurs, nettoyer et vérifier les
croisillons, graisser et remonter.
D
ÉBIT PROPORTIONNEL À L’AVANCEMENT (DPA)
• Nettoyer et huiler la chaîne de cloche fixée sur le
tambour de frein.
• Vérifier l’étanchéité des réducteurs et faire les niveaux
si des fuites sont apparues.
TRAPPE DE RÉGLAGE
• Nettoyer et huiler l’axe de trappe ainsi que la vis de
blocage.
• Nettoyer les chaînes.
PARTIE AVANT
• Nettoyer avec du dégrippant les leviers d’embrayage et
de freinage.
• Mettre de l’huile dans l’engrenage de la béquille si c’est
une béquille mécanique.
PROTECTION
• Après toutes ces vérifications, il est recommandé de
faire une pulvérisation d’un produit de protection.

RÄDER UND BREMSEN
• Muttern lockern und wieder anziehen, um Einrosten zu
verhindern.
• Gelenke des Bremssystems reinigen und schmieren.
• Seitliches Spiel der Kugellager prüfen durch Rütteln
der Räder.
• Kugellager bei Bedarf anziehen.

TREUTRICHTER
• Spannung des Förderbandes prüfen, bei Bedarf
anziehen.
ANTRIEBSWELLEN
• Kardanwelle der Schlepper-Streuerkombination
abbauen, Gelenkwelle unter der Maschine reinigen und
schmieren, einschließlich der geriffelten Enden, dann
Gelenkwelle auf den Träger stellen.
• Kardanwelle unter der Maschine und DPA-Antrieb:
Metallrohre und Schutzvorrichtungen abbauen und
reinigen, Radsterne reinigen und prüfen, schmieren
und wieder einbauen.
STREUMENGE PROPORTIONAL ZUR FAHRGESCHWINDIGKEIT
(DPA)
• Kette an der Bremstrommel reinigen und schmieren.
• Dichtigkeit der Antriebsregler prüfen und bei
Undichtigkeiten Pegelstand prüfen.
STREUMENGENKLAPPE
• Klappenachse und Sicherungsschraube reinigen und
schmieren.
• Ketten reinigen.

ORDERER TEIL
• Kupplungs- und Bremshebel mit Rostlösungsmittel
reinigen.
• Ölstand des Stützengetriebes auffüllen, wenn die
Stütze mechanisch ist.
SCHUTZMAßNAHMEN
• Nach all diesen Prüfungen wird eine Spritzung mit
einem Gemisch aus Öl und Dieselöl oder einem
Schutzmittel empfohlen.

Storage
WHEELS, BRAKES AND SUSPENSIONS
• Loosen the wheel nuts and tighten again to stop them
seizing.
• Clean the joints on the braking system and lubricate
• Shake the wheel to check the amount of side play in
the bearings.
• Retighten the bearings if necessary.
• Check the condition of the drawbar and axle spring
clamps.
• Check the condition of the cylindrical cotter pins on the
drawbar spring adjustment tierod retainer arms

PREADER HOPPER
• Check the tension of the conveyor belt and tighten if
necessary.
TRANSMISSION SHAFTS
• Remove, clean and lubricate the tractor-machine
universal joint shaft, including the ends of the splined
shafts located on the drive shaft under the machine.
Place the shaft in its mounting bracket.
• Remove the universal joint shaft under the machine
and the DPA drive, clean the metal tubing and the
guards, clean and check the spiders, lubricate and refit.
DPA (
FLOW RATE CALIBRATION)
• Clean and lubricate the chain fitted to the brake drum.
• Check for leaks on the gear motors and top up if
necessary.

TLET SHUTTER
• Clean the flap pin and locking screw and lubricate.
• Clean the chains.

RONT SECTION
• Clean the stop and start levers using penetrating oil.
• Add some oil to the parking support mechanism if
it is mechanically operated.
PROTECTION
• Once all these checks have been made, you are advised
to spray the machine with a protective substance.
