Auswechseln der Zinken
a) Verschraubte Zinken
Die Eggenzinken sollten vor allzu großem Verschleiß ausge-
wechselt werden, der die Rotoren beschädigen könnte.
- Zinken einen nach dem anderen auswechseln, um vor
Montagefehlern sicher zu sein.

- Zinken so montieren, dass sie sich gegenüber dem Dreh-
sinn in Schleppstellung benden.
- Originalschrauben verwenden und auf ein Anzieh-
drehmoment von 400 N.m. festdrehen.
Es wird empfohlen, die Schrauben und Flansche mindestens
bei jedem zweiten Auswechseln der Zinken auszuwechseln.
BiTTe BeachTen:
Zum Wechseln der Zinken Egge hochklappen, Gerät am
Boden abstellen und Motor ausschalten.
Changement des dents
a) Dents boulonnées
Les dents de la herse doivent être changées avant une usure
trop importante qui pourrait endommager les rotors.
- Changer les dents l’une après l’autre pour ne pas faire
d’erreur de montage

- Monter les dents de façon à ce qu’elles soient en position
traînante par rapport au sens de rotation.
- Utiliser les vis d’origine et serrer à un couple de 400 N.m.
Il est conseillé de changer les vis et les brides tous les deux
jeux de dent.
noTe :
Pour changer les dents, replier la herse, poser l’ensemble au
sol et éteindre le moteur.

Replacing the tines
a) Bolt-on tines
The tines on the harrow must be replaced before excess wear
causes damage to the rotors.
- Replace the tines one at a time to prevent any mix-up
when tting.

- Fit the tines so that they trail in the direction of rotation.
- Use the bolts that are supplied and tighten to the follow-
ing torque: 400 N.m.
It is recommended that the screws and anges are changed
every time two sets of tines have been used.
noTe:
To change the tines, fold the harrow, place the unit on the
ground and switch o the engine.
