INSTALLING THE OVEN
UNPACK THE OVEN
C
ut the wire bands at the top and bottom of
the shipping carton. Remove the carton top
cover, front support and four corner posts.
R
emove the carton sleeve by lifting the sleeve
up and over the appliance. Remove the plastic
bag.
With the oven still on the shipping base, care-
fully move it close to the installation opening.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Before moving the oven,
protect any finished flooring with appropriate
m
aterials to avoid damage to the floor.
O
nce in position, remove the wood screws and
angle brackets connecting the oven to the
shipping base. Replace the screws that retain
t
he back panel to the oven.
Remove and discard all packing materials,
including cardboard and tape on the outside of
the oven and inside the oven cavity.
Remove all oven racks, oven rack guides and
the broiler pan from inside the oven cavity. For
the double oven, be sure to do this for both
the upper and lower ovens.
Do not remove the shipping base until
the oven has been positioned next to the
installation opening.
Installation shown above is with convection microwave with 36" (914) trim and warming drawer with
integrated drawer front.
