Contact customer service for missing parts. Place all wooden parts on a clean, flat and soft surface (e.g. carpet or rug) to prevent scratch and damage to parts. A B C D 100% 3 2 3 2 1 6 Place the chair on a level surface and keep 4 legs straight down on the floor. Turn the pin at the bottom of the front legs to m ake chair level.

Troubleshooting PROBLEMS SOLUTION According to the parts label on the Instruction Runner, check if the front / back / right / left leg is corret. Leg not fit into the seat / wobbly/ not level. If they are wrong, re-assem ble according to the correct part label on the Instruction Runner. Place the chair on a level surface then check if all screws tighten up to 100%. If not level please turn the pin at the bottom of the front legs to m ake chair level.
