Assembly (continued) 4 Attaching the Feet BB Attach the Feet (H) to the Panel (A) using the Bolts (BB) and Washers (CC), as shown. Tighten bolts with a Phillips screwdriver as shown. Assembly (continued) 7 Attaching the Top Panel Place the Top Panel (G) onto the main assembly by aligning the pre-installed hardware with the pre-drilled holes. From underneath, tighten the hardware as shown, using a Phillips screwdriver. G 8 Securing the Back Panel Place the Back Panel Brackets (EE) between the back panels and the grooves of the assembly as shown. Fasten each Back Panel Bracket (EE) using Screws (FF). Repeat until all brackets are in place as indicated by the diagram.
Assembly (continued) 10 Inserting the Drawer Bottom Panel K Place the Drawer Bottom Panel (L), sliding it between the grooves in the Left and Right Drawer Panels (J and K) until it meets the Drawer Back Panel (I). L J 11 Attaching the Drawer Bottom Support Rail HH Insert Wood Dowels (HH) into the pre-drilled holes in one end of the Drawer Bottom Support Rail (M). Then attach the Drawer Bottom Support Rail (M) to the Drawer Back Panel (I), using Screws (GG) and a Phillips screwdriver as shown.
Assembly (continued) 13 GG Attaching the Drawer Front Panel Align the Drawer Front Panel (N) with the edges of the drawer assembly, making sure the previously installed wood dowel and Cam Lock Screw (from Steps 11 and 12) align with the correct pre-drilled holes. Attach the Drawer Front Panel (N), to the drawer assembly by inserting Screws (GG) as shown.

Assembly (continued) 18 Installing the Fireplace Insert Lift the Fireplace Insert (O) carefully into the back of the unit and center in the fireplace insert opening. Do not drag the fireplace insert across the base as it may scratch your unit. O 19 Securing the Fireplace Insert Reattach the Brackets (QQ) to secure the Fireplace Insert (O), using the included hardware and a Phillips screwdriver.
Assembly (continued) 20 Installing the Tipping Restraint Hardware When the Tipping Restraint Hardware (LL) is properly installed, it can provide protection against unexpected tipping of the unit due to small tremors, bumps or climbing. Each Tipping Restraint Hardware (LL) includes one Unit Anchor, one Wall Anchor, one Anchor Tether, and four Anchor Screws. Use these to complete the following steps for a proper installation. Locate a secure wall stud behind the unit closest to the left side.

Troubleshooting PROBLEM Fireplace stopped heating before reaching the desired temperature. ROOT CAUSE CORRECTIVE ACTION Fireplace has reached set temperature. Temperature around fireplace might be a few degrees higher than other area in the room. Set the fireplace to a higher temperature or always “on”. Display shows " " The thermostat sensor is broken or disconnected. Unplug the fireplace, remove the back panel of the fireplace and check that the thermostat is plugged into the main circuit board.
Troubleshooting (continued) PROBLEM Flame effect works but heater function does not and the emberbed flashes when the Heater button is pressed. ROOT CAUSE CORRECTIVE ACTION The heater is disabled. With the power on press and hold the power button on the control panel for 10 seconds. Once re-enabled the emberbed lights will flash multiple times. There are no batteries. Change the remote batteries. The signal is poor. Operate remote transmitter at a slow measured pace.
