INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS/INSTRUCTIONS POUR L’INSTALLATION/INSTRUCCIONES DE INSTALACIÓN 1. Strip entire alcove intended for shower base (A) to bare studs (not required for tile wall installation). Studded alcove should be free of nails, staples or screws. If needed, cut drain opening in subfloor with jig saw (not included) to accommodate waste pipe. Ensure waste pipe is centered per stud and floor layout. Make sure studded alcove is of proper size, square and plumb.

If using shims (not included), apply a generous bead of construction adhesive (not included) to each foot of shower base (A) and shim. The studs on each side of the back shower wall (A) should contact the entire length of the back shower wall (A). Shim (not included) back shower wall (A) and studs as needed for full contact. 1 28-1/2 in. 72,39 cm 54 in. 137,16 cm 1. Strip alcove walls to bare studs down to the bathtub. Stud pocket should be free of nails, staples or screws.

Apply a generous bead of adhesive (not included) below the marks on each back wall stud; be sure to follow adhesive manufacturer's instructions. Position back shower wall (A) in place and press firmly against studs to ensure full contact with adhesive. 10. Apply a generous bead of adhesive below the marks on each side wall stud; be sure to follow adhesive manufacturer's instructions.

With panels properly positioned and shimmed, use 1-5/8 in. screws (not included) to secure the vertical front flanges of left shower wall (B) and right shower wall (C) in place. Note: Push each panel firmly toward the back shower wall (A) while screwing the flanges to the studs to ensure a tight seal between the left shower wall (B), right shower wall (C) and back shower wall (A). 12b. Use 1-5/8 in.
