ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

PREPARATION

Before beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with

package contents list and hardware contents above. If any part is missing or damaged, do not

attempt to assemble the product. Contact customer service for replacement parts.

Estimated Assembly Time: 30 - 45 minutes

Tools Required for Assembly (not included): Flathead screwdriver, Phillips screwdriver, Pliers,

Wire cutters, Electrical tape, Safety goggles and Ladder.

Helpful Tools (not included): Wire strippers

Hardware Used

1. Secure the crossbar (A) to the outlet box (not

included) with outlet box screws (CC). Tighten until

snug.

Lock Washer

Hex Nut

Nipple

Thread the hex nut (EE) onto top end of the nipple

(FF). Place the lock washer (DD) over the top end

of the nipple (FF) and then thread the nipple (FF)

into the center lock hole of the crossbar (A). Using

pliers (not included), thread the hex nut (EE)

against the crossbar (A) and hand tighten until

snug.
