Air Admittance Valve Recess Box
SPECIFICATION
Studor offers a recess box and grille ideally suited for in-wall installation of its Mini-vent®, Redi-Vent®, and Tec-Vent®
Air Admittance Valves. The recess box includes an integral 1 1/2” threaded connection with integral test cap for easy
installation as well as esthetically pleasing solution while providing code required accessibility to the valve. Recess
box shall be connected to 1 1/2” or 2” PVC or ABS DWV piping. The recess box shall be listed to IAPMO or ICC-ES
standards and include a one-piece snap-on grille as manufactured by IPS Corporation.
