TheModel75providesfourbuttonsand
associatedLEDsforselectionofthesur-
roundandstereosourcestobemonitored.
Whileinmostcasesonlyoneinputsource
willbemonitoredatatime,multipleinputs
canbeselectedforsimultaneousmonitor-
ing.Thisallowstwo,three,orallfourof
theinputstobecombined(“summed”).
Whilethereisnoindependentcontrolof
theinputlevels,thisfeaturecanbeuseful
forcreatingroughmixesfromthesource
signals.Itisalsoafast,effectivemeansof
makinga“seat-of-the-pants”checkonthe
phaserelationshipbetweensynchronized
signals.
Themonitoroutputlevelsarecontrolled
usingalarge,easy-to-userotarycontrol.
The“curve”or“taper”ofthelevelcontrol
canbeconfiguredtomatchanoperator’s
preference.Thechoicesavailablearetrue
logarithmicandmodifiedlogarithmic.The
levelcontrolautomuteallfunctionallows
themonitoroutputchannelstomuteauto-
maticallywhenevertherotarylevelcontrol
isinitsfullycounterclockwise(minimum)
