Do not press the lift or lowering buttons while the stacker is moving. Quickly switching the two
buttons may cause damage to the stacker.
Do not load heavy goods onto the forks quickly. Use steady motions when loading.
Before moving, assure that the load is centered and secured with a load restraining device.
Do not allow people to sit on ride stacker.
Do not use to transport people or animals.
Do not operate with stacker in the raised position.
Lock wheels while raising or lowering a load.
Do not leave loads or goods on the forks for a long period of time in the raised position. This can
cause damage to the stacker.
When the stacker is not in use, the forks should be lowered to the lowest position.
Keep people and property clear from under the load.
Before Each Use
Always check for damages or worn parts before using the stacker. Broken parts will affect the
stacker operation. Replace or repair damaged or worn parts immediately.
Battery Information
Battery Initial Charge:
Charge batteries for a minimum of 12 hours or until the LED indicator light on the panel
shows 100%. When charging batteries, the stacker must be parked in a secure area with
proper ventilation. Check that all the cables are connected tightly and no signs of damage
appear.
If a replacement battery is used, follow any safety regulations as well as any specific
instructions from the battery manufacturer.
The battery panel must never be removed before or during charging. An open panel can
cause injury or death from electric shock.
It is recommended to charge the batteries whenever the stacker is not in use. This helps
maintain the life of the batteries.
The ON-Board charger should always be used for charging batteries with this stacker.
The average charge time is 9 to 12 hours for a fully discharged battery.
When the battery is fully charged, the charger will automatically transfer to non-charging
status in order to avoid damage of the batteries.
It is recommended to check the water level of the batteries every 3 to 6 months.
