10. Attach the stabilizing feet (10) to support base (4) and the front legs (9).
11. Attach the head plate assembly (14) to the mounting arm (13) with bolt (11), washer (12) and nut
(15).
12. Insert the head plate assembly (14) into the head plate collar of the main post (2). Then line up
one fixed position hole on the head plate assembly (14) with the main post stop hole (2), and
assemble them by inserting the stop pin (18).
