After Each Use
Always turn off (0-Off) and unplug the fan after using.
Maintenance
Maintain your fan. It is recommended that the general condition of any fan be examined before it is
used. Keep your fan in good repair by adopting a program of conscientious repair and maintenance in
accordance with the recommended procedures found in this manual.
1. Depending on the usage and severity, a regularly scheduled inspection should be established.
2. Check for unusual noises when the circulator is running.
3. Periodically inspect and tighten all bolts and screws.
Troubleshooting

Fan fails to operate.
Fan may not be plugged in.
Make sure the fan is plugged in
and the electrical outlet is working
properly.
There may be some obstructions in the
fan.
Check for any obstruction. If you
find an obstruction, turn the fan
“OFF”. Unplug the fan and
carefully remove the obstruction.
Plug the fan in and turn it on
again, referring to the
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS.
Excessive vibration.
The nuts mounting the motor to the rear
guard are torqued insufficiently.
Torque the nuts to 35-40 in. lbs.
Propeller is imbalanced due to
accumulation of dirt, etc.
Clean the propeller.
