8. Loosen the washer nut(1) and adjust until the fan head is at the desired angle. Tighten the washer
nut.
9. Insert the screw (1) through the upper bracket.Connect the lower bracket to the upper bracket
with a screw(1).Fasten the two bracketswith a spring washer (2) and hexagon nut(3).
