Daily before operating
Depending on use, a regularly scheduled inspection should be
established.
After the first 20 operating hours
For longer part life, after 10 hours of continuous operation,
turn the fan off for 15 minutes to allow the motor to cool.

After the first 50 operating hours or
every week
For longer part life, after 10 hours of continuous operation,
turn the fan off for 15 minutes to allow the motor to cool.
Depending on use, a regularly scheduled inspection should be
established.
Periodically inspect and tighten all bolts, screws, and set
screws.
Troubleshooting
Use the table below to troubleshoot problems before contacting service personnel or your local
dealer. If the problem continues after troubleshooting, call your local dealer for assistance.

Fan fails to
operate
Fan isn’t plugged in.
Make sure the fan is plugged in and
electrical outlet is working properly.
Obstructions in the fan.
Check for obstructions. If any are
found, turn the fan OFF, unplug the
fan, and carefully remove the
obstruction.
Excessive
vibration
Nuts mounting the motor to the rear
guard are torqued insufficiently.
Torque the nuts to 35-40 in./lb.
Blade imbalance due to accumulation of
dirt and debris.
Clean the blade.
