BACKSPLASH INSTRUCTIONS

• CAUTION: The product is heavy and should be lifted by two people to avoid injury or

damage during installation.

• For Indoor Installation Only

• To clean your Stretta countertop, use a mild dish soap and warm water applied with a soft

cloth. Do not utilize abrasive cleaners or cleaning tools. Always test cleaning products in an

inconspicuous area ﬁrst.

• Your Stretta countertop is manufactured with 100% pre-consumer recycled cores and

low- emitting, water-based adhesives.

STEP 1 - PREPARE THE SURFACES

To achieve a perfect bond, it is important to wipe down

the backsplash and surface of your Stretta countertop

with a dry cotton cloth to remove any loose particles

or debris. (Figure 1-1)

STEP 2 - SETTING THE BACKSPLASH Apply construction adhesive to the back and bottom surfaces of the backsplash. (Figure 2-1) (Figure 2-1) ™ from VT Industries Set the backsplash in place and apply pressure so that the excess construction adhesive is squeezed out. (Figure 2-2) Clean up the excess construction adhesive immediately with warm water and a cotton cloth.

PASO 2 - INSTALE LA PLACA ANTISALPICADURAS Aplique adhesivo para construcción a las superficies posterior e inferior de la placa antisalpicaduras (Figura 2-1) (Figura 2-1) ™ from VT Industries Coloque la placa antisalpicaduras en su posición y aplique presión para eliminar el exceso de adhesivo para construcción. (Figura 2-2) Limpie el exceso de adhesivo para construcción de inmediato con agua tibia y un paño de algodón.
