READING THE INDIVIDUAL LOG REPORT
This report is the standard format generated by Strategic’s Renaissance software. The report provides
activity of the individual offender for the previous 24 hours or more. The report contains information
received by the central computer from the offender’s receiver as well as information generated by the
central computer.
The explanation below will assist in understanding the information on the report.

The top of the report
list: - details about the offender – name, address, birth date, etc.
- serial number of the transmitter the offender is wearing
- the supervising agency/department.
The next information shown is the date and the offender’s curfew for the day.
Reading the curfew
: “X” = Lock Down (the offender must be home)
“-- “ = Flex time (the offender may come and go)
space = Lock Out (the offender must not be at home)
