BeforeplacingobjectsonthebuildtrayinObjetStudio,youshouldpay
attentiontothemodel‐materialsettingsinthetoolbar.

• Bydefault,themodel‐materialsettingsintheObjetStudiotoolbar
correspondtothetwomodelcartridgesloadedintheConnexprinter.
• Thematerialdisplayedontheright(VeroWhite,inthefigureabove)is
consideredtheprimarymodelmaterial(“Model‐1”).Itisassignedto
objectsthatdonothaveamaterialassignmentwhenyouplacethemon
thebuildtray.Forexample,sincestlfilesdonotcontaininformation
aboutthemodelma

signstheprimarymodel
materialtothem.Also,ifyoutrytoimportobjdffileswhoseassigned
materialsarenotrecognizedbyyourversionofObjetStudio,youcan
openthefilebysubstitutingtheprimarymodelmaterialforthemissing
materials.
