We guarantee that the seed we offer has been tested by a certified seed-testing laboratory
and conforms to federal and state seed laws. We make no other guarantees, either express
or implied. Our warranty is limited to the purchase price of the seed only. Because of
varying factors beyond our control, there is no guarantee of establishment.
Any warranty claims should be sent along with proof of purchase to the address listed
