Product Description:
Storm System Waterproofer is a transparent sealer that penetrates the surface of dry, porous wood surfaces to help
prevent moisture penetration and water damage. This product dries clear and allows the wood surface to age naturally.
This product will protect against salt water. For new construction, prevent water damage by applying this product
immediately after installation.
Precautions:
Do not re-coat with paint or other coatings.

Application:
WARNING! If you scrape, sand or remove old paint from any surface, you may release lead dust. LEAD IS TOXIC.
EXPOSURE TO LEAD DUST CAN CAUSE SERIOUS ILLNESS, SUCH AS BRAIN DAMAGE, ESPECIALLY IN
CHILDREN. PREGNANT WOMEN SHOULD ALSO AVOID EXPOSURE. Wear a NIOSH-approved respirator to
control lead exposure. Carefully clean up with a wet mop or HEPA vacuum. Before you start, find out how to protect
yourself and your family by contacting the U.S. EPA/Lead Information Hotline at 1-800-424-LEAD (5323) or log on to
www.epa.gov/lead.
To allow for penetration, surfaces must be thoroughly dry, clean, and free from other coatings that may prevent
penetration. Always test a small area before application for desired results before coating the entire surface.
Apply at temperatures above 50° F using a suitable brush, roller, pad applicator or flooding spray. Use sufficient
material to saturate the surface. Do not apply a second coat over a dry first coat. It is acceptable to apply a second
coat via a wet on wet method.
