Storix System Backup Administrator Backup Data Encryption Feature has a cryptographic component, using Advanced

Encryption Standard (AES) "Rijndael" encryption algorithm in Cipher Block Feedback (stream) mode (CFB-128), supporting

128, 192 and 256-bit keys.

It is not for export or redistribution to any of what are called the "T-10 Terrorist States" as determined by the U.S. Department

of State. Storix System Backup Administrator Backup Data Encryption Feature has been registered with U.S. Bureau of

Information and Security and is distributed under Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) 5D992. This encryption item

is authorized for export and re-export under section 742.15 (B)(2) of the Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
