Warranty
LIMITEDWARRANTY
Storage Concepts warrants it’s Products against manufacturing defects in material and
workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
The warranty period for the consumer commences on the purchase date from the Seller. If
within such warranty period, a Product shall be proven to Storage Concepts’ satisfaction to be
defective, such products shall be repaired or replaced, at Storage Concepts’ option.
THE FORGOING IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Storage Concepts does not warrant against
damage or defects arising out of improper or abnormal use or handling of the products; against
defects or damages arising out of improper installation (where installation is by persons other
than Storage Concepts), or against defects in products or components not manufactured by
Storage Concepts. This warranty also does not apply to Products upon which repairs heave
been effected or attempted by persons other that pursuant to written authorization by Storage
Concepts. This warranty only covers the original Consumer and excludes scratches, dents,
stains, or other damages to surface of product.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE. The sole and exclusive obligation of Storage Concepts shall
be to repair or replace the defective Products in the manner and for the period provided above.
Storage Concepts shall not have any other obligation with respect to the products or any part
thereof, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise. Under no circumstances,
whether based on this Limited Warranty or otherwise, shall Storage Concepts be liable for
incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Storage Concepts’ employees or representatives oral or written statements do not constitute
warranties, shall not be relied upon by buyer, and are not part of the contract for sale or this
limited warranty.
For warranty service, please mail the defective component to Jaken at the address listed below,
along with the consumer’s proof of purchase and a letter explaining the defect. Transportation
charges to Jaken are at the expense of the consumer. Return transportation charges will be
prepaid by Storage Concepts.
This limited warranty states the entire obligation of Storage Concept with respect to the
products. If any part of this limited warranty is determined to be void or illegal, the remainder
shall remain in full force and effect.
