VACUUM PACKAGE IN A VACUUM
CANISTER
Place the VacuumFresh Pro on a flat dry surface.
Plug the power plug into a /V power
outlet.
Wipe canister cover, canister base with a soft
damp cloth and ensure they are clean and dry.
Put the items into the canister and leave at least
one inch of space between food and cover rim.
Clean the cover rim of the canister and bottom
seal gasket of the canister cover.
Open the appliance. Insert one end of the hose
into the air intake post and another end of the
hose into the center hole of the canister cover.
Check the LED status of “Pressure” and make
sure, if it is in “Normal” setting.

In order to open the canister, you need to press
the “Release” button on the canister cover.
MARINATE USING A MARINATOR BOWL
Place the VacuumFresh Pro on a flat dry surface.
Plug the power plug into a /V power
outlet.
Wipe canister cover, canister base with a soft
damp cloth and ensure they are clean and dry.
Pour the marinade over the food, toss well.
Please meat into the canister and leave at least
one inch of space between food and cover rim.
Clean the cover rim of the canister and bottom
seal gasket of the canister cover.
Open the appliance. Insert one end of the hose
into the air intake post and another end of the
hose into the center hole of the canister cover.
Check the LED status of “Pressure” to confirm
the desired vacuum pressure (Normal/Gentle)
according to the type of food. The default option
is Normal mode.
Press the “Marinate” button to start working.
The indicator is lit on when the “Marinate”
function is in progress.
The VacuumFresh Pro will release the air
automatically after every working cycle. The
“Marinate” function works in  cycles. It takes
about  minutes to finish the process.
The marinate process is completed, when the
indicator light turns o.
Take out the hose from the bowl immediately
after the job is completed.

When moist food is vacuumed, moisture
is getting stored in adaptor. Remember
to clean up the adaptor if there is water
before vacumming.
NOTE
Press the “Canister” button to start vacuuming.
To ensure there is no air leaking between the
cover and the canister, use your hand to push
down the cover knob at the beginning of the
vacuuming work. The appliance will stop
automatically when enough vacuum pressure is
achieved.
Take out the hose from the canister or bowl
immediately after the job is completed.
