Description
The TS393 device is a micropower CMOS dual
voltage comparator with extremely low
consumption of 9 µA typically per comparator
(20 times less than the dual bipolar LM393
device). Similar performance is offered by the
dual micropower comparator TS3702 with a push-
pull CMOS output.
Thus response times remain similar to the LM393
device.
