20.1 - Identification Registers
The ST10F269 has four Identification registers,
mapped in ESFR space. These registers contain:
– A manufacturer identifier,
– A chip identifier, with its revision,
– A internal memory and size identifier and pro-
gramming voltage description.
Note: 256K and 128K versions of ST10F269 have
the same IDMEM corresponding to 256K.
Both versions are based on the same device with
the only difference that the two upper banks of
Flash are not tested on 128K versions. Therefore,
there is no way to detect by software if a device is
a 128K version or a 256K version.
