– Standard metering knob (A) with
positions 1 to 6
– ‘Pressure pump’ metering
knob

Changing the metering knob
N Pull the existing metering knob up
and out of its seat.
N Push the new metering knob into its
seat as far as stop.
Fitting the strainer

The strainer supplied must always be
fitted when the ULV metering knob is
used.
N Push the strainer into its seat until it
snaps into position.
Removing
N Pry the strainer out of its seat – as
shown.
Adjusting the discharge rate
N Rotate the metering knob (1) for
infinitely variable discharge rate
Position 1 = minimum flow rate
Position 6 = maximum flow rate
The numbers on the metering knob must
be lined up with the lug (2) under the
knob.
The "E" position on the ULV metering
knob is used for emptying the solution
container. Do not use this position for
spraying – see "After Finishing Work".
Machines with pressure pump (special
accessory)
On machines with pressure pump, use
only the ‘pressure pump’ metering knob
or the ULV metering knob.
