2120 – Child lock
Child lock active
Possible cause:
Impact sensor triggered several times
consecutively
Robotic mower has been lifted during
travel
Remedy:
No action required – if the impact
sensor is not triggered again, the
message automatically becomes
inactive within max. 1 minute
Deactivate the child lock (Ö 11.16)
Message:
2400 – iMow successfully reset to factory
default
Possible cause:
Robotic mower has been reset to
factory default
Remedy:
Confirm message with OK
Message:
4001 – Internal fault
Outside temperature range
Possible cause:
Temperature in battery or inside the
machine too low or too high
Remedy:
Allow the robotic mower to warm up or
cool down – observe permissible
temperature range of battery (Ö 6.4)
Message:
4002 – Rollover

Message:
4003 – Hood lifted
Check hood
Then press OK
Possible cause:
Hood has been lifted
Remedy:
Check the hood and confirm the
message with OK
Message:
4004 – Internal fault
Press OK to release
Possible cause:
Error in the programme sequence
Power failure during automatic
operation
Robotic mower is located outside the
mowing area
Remedy:
Confirm message with OK
Check power supply to the docking
station – the red LED must be
illuminated permanently during
operation; then press the OK
button (Ö 13.1)
Return the robotic mower to the mowing
area, then press the OK button

4005 – Internal fault

times.
Possible cause:
Date and time incorrectly set
Active times incorrectly set
Machine has been operated by
unauthorised persons
Remedy:
Set the time and date (Ö 11.11)
Set the active times (Ö 11.6)
Set the safety level to "Medium" or
"High" (Ö 11.16)
