Possible cause:
Wire signal faulty, fine tuning necessary
Remedy:
Place the robotic mower in the docking
station – then press OK
Message:
2010 – Replace mowing blade
Allowed operating time reached
Possible cause:
Mowing blade has been in use for more
than 200 hours, replacement is
necessary
Remedy:
Replace the mowing blade, then
confirm the blade replacement in the
"Service" menu (Ö 16.4)
Message:
2020 – Recommendation
Annual service by spec. dealer required
Possible cause:
Machine service recommended
Remedy:
Have the annual service carried out by
a STIHL specialist dealer
Message:
2030 – Battery
Allowed operating time reached
Possible cause:
Battery replacement necessary
Remedy:
Have the battery replaced by a STIHL
specialist dealer
Message:
2031 – Charging failure
Check charging contacts
Possible cause:
Charging cannot be started
Remedy:
Check the charging contacts on the
docking station and robotic mower and
clean if necessary – then confirm the
message with OK
Message:
2032 – Battery temperature
Outside temperature range
Possible cause:
Temperature in battery during charging
too low or too high
Remedy:
Allow the robotic mower to warm up or
cool down – observe permissible
temperature range of battery
Message:
2040 – Battery temperature
Outside temperature range
Possible cause:
Temperature in battery when starting
mowing operation too low or too high
Remedy:
Allow the robotic mower to warm up or
cool down – observe permissible
temperature range of battery (Ö 6.4)
Message:
2050 – Adapt mowing plan
Extend active times
Possible cause:
Active times have been
shortened/deleted or the mowing
duration has been extended – the
stored active times are insufficient for
the necessary mowing operations.
Remedy:
Extend the active times (Ö 11.7) or
shorten the mowing duration (Ö 11.8)
Message:
2060 – Mowing completed
Press OK to release
Possible cause:
Mowing in secondary area successfully
completed
Remedy:
Return the robotic mower to the mowing
area and dock to charge the battery
(Ö 15.7)
Message:
2070 – GPS signal
No reception at edge
Possible cause:
The entire edge of the mowing area is in
a dead spot
Remedy:
Repeat edge following (Ö 11.14)
Contact a STIHL specialist dealer for a
detailed diagnosis
