Automatic docking
not possible
Possible cause:
– The docking station was not found
– The start or end of a corridor was
installed incorrectly
Remedy:
– Check LED on the docking station,
switch on the docking station if
necessary (Ö 13.1)
– Check docking (Ö 15.6)
– Check funnel-shaped entrance and exit
areas of the corridor (Ö 12.11)
Message:
1190 – Docking error
Docking station occupied
Possible cause:
– Docking station occupied by a second
robotic mower
Remedy:
– Dock the robotic mower once the
docking station is unoccupied again
Message:
1200 – Mowing motor fault
Mowing motor start not possible after 5
attempts
Possible cause:
– Dirt between carrier plate and mowing
deck housing
– Mowing motor cannot be switched on
– Mowing motor overloaded
Remedy:
– Clean mowing blade and mowing deck
(Ö 16.2)
Clean carrier plate (Ö 16.6)
– Set higher cutting height (Ö 9.5)
– Level out any uneven areas (holes,
depressions) in the mowing area
Message:
1210 – Drive motor fault
Wheel stuck
Possible cause:
– Overload at a drive wheel
Remedy:
– Clean the robotic mower (Ö 16.2)
– Level out any uneven areas (holes,
depressions) in the mowing area
Message:
1220 – Rain detected
Mowing interrupted
Possible cause:
– Mowing operation has been interrupted
or not started due to rain
Remedy:
– No action necessary; adjust rain sensor
if required (Ö 11.11)
Message:
1230 – Docking error

Possible cause:
– Docking station has been located,
automatic docking not possible
Remedy:
– Check docking, if necessary manually
dock the robotic mower (Ö 15.6)
– Check perimeter wire – ensure correct
routing in the area of the docking station
(Ö 9.9)

2000 – Signal problem

Possible cause:
– Wire signal faulty, fine tuning necessary
Remedy:
– Place the robotic mower in the docking
station – then press OK

a STIHL specialist dealer
