Fault:
Poor cut, lawn turning yellow
Possible cause:
– Mowing blade is blunt or worn,
– Rate of feed is too high in relation to the
cutting height
Remedy:
– Re-sharpen or replace mowing blade
(Ö 13.8)
– Reduce rate of feed and/or select
correct cutting height (Ö 9.6)
Fault:
Problems switching machine on or
deteriorating motor power.
Possible cause:
– Battery discharged
– Mowing grass that is too long or too wet
– Mower housing is blocked
– Mowing blades are blunt or worn
Remedy:
– Recharge battery (Ö 8.4)
– Adapt cutting height and mowing speed
to mowing conditions (Ö 9.6)
– Clean mower housing (Ö 13.2)
– Re-sharpen or replace mowing blade
(Ö 13.8)
Fault:
Machine not switching to eco mode
Possible cause:
– Mower housing is blocked
– Mowing blade is blunt, worn or
damaged
Remedy:
– Clean mower housing (Ö 13.2)
– Re-sharpen or replace mowing blade
(Ö 13.7)
Fault:
Discharge chute blocked
Possible cause:
– Mowing blade is worn
– Mowing grass which is too long or too
wet
Remedy:
– Replace mowing blade (Ö 13.8)
– Adapt cutting height and mowing speed
to mowing conditions (Ö 9.6)
Fault:
Operating time too short
Possible cause:
– Battery not fully charged
– Mowing grass that is too long or too wet
– Mower housing is blocked
– Mowing blades are blunt or worn
– Battery has exceeded service life
Remedy:
– Recharge battery (Ö 8.4)
– Adapt cutting height and mowing speed
to mowing conditions (Ö 9.6)
– Clean mower housing (Ö 13.2)
– Re-sharpen or replace mowing blade

– Replace battery (#)
Fault:
Battery gets stuck when inserting into
battery compartment
Possible cause:
– Guides or electric contacts in battery
compartment dirty
Remedy:
– Clean guides and/or electric contacts in
battery compartment (Ö 13.2)
Fault:
Battery is not charged although the green
LED on the charger illuminates green
Possible cause:
– Battery too cold or overheated (one red
LED illuminates on battery)
Remedy:
– Warm up or cool down the battery
(Ö 8.4). Store the charger in a closed,
dry place at a temperature of between
+5°C and +40°C.
Fault:
Charging fails to start after inserting
battery into charger
Possible cause:
– Battery too cold/too warm – 1 LED
illuminates red on battery
– No electrical contact between charger
and battery
– Charger power supply faulty
Remedy:
– Leave battery inserted in charger
Charging starts automatically as soon
as permissible temperature range is
reached.
– Remove and re-insert battery (Ö 8.3)
– Connect charger to mains (Ö 8.2)
– Check mains power supply
– Check charger, replace if necessary

Fault:
Battery is not charged, no LED illuminates
Possible cause:
– No electrical contact between charger
and battery
