12 After Finishing Work
► Adjust the fan-jet nozzle so that the surface to be cleaned
is not damaged.
► Move the spray attachment evenly along the surface to be
cleaned.
► Move forward slowly in a controlled manner.
11.4 Using detergents
Detergents can improve the cleaning effect of the water. The
supplied STIHL spray set must be used.
► Dose and use detergents as described in the instruction
manual for the detergent.
► Fill the bottle (1) with maximum 500ml of the detergent.
► Screw the spray nozzle (2) onto the bottle (1) and tighten
firmly by hand.
► If a nozzle is attached to the spray lance (3): Remove the
nozzle
► Attach the spray set (4) to the spray lance (3).
► Soak extremely dirty surfaces with water before cleaning
them.
► Press the spray gun trigger and spray the detergent onto
the surface to be cleaned.
► Apply the detergent starting at the bottom and working up
and do not allow to dry.
► Remove the spray set.
► Attach the nozzle.
► Clean the surface.
12.1 After finishing work
► Switch off the pressure washer and pull the mains plug out
of the socket.
► If the pressure washer is connected to the water supply:
Turn off water supply
► Press the spray gun trigger.
The water pressure is reduced.
► Lock the spray gun trigger.
► Disconnect the pressure washer from the water source.
► Remove water hose
