Turn the twist lock above the rear
handle 90° counterclockwise -
•
Lift off the carburator box cover
vertically -
3U\WKHVKXWWHU out of the carburator
box cover (summer position) and slide it
into the slot  (winter position)

Refit the filter and carburetor box cover
and secure it with the twist lock:
Heated air is now drawn in from around
the cylinder and mixed with cold air -
this prevents carburetor icing.
