1 = Invalid cutoff value. Upper cutoff > Lower cutoff
3 = Hysteresis value too large for configured cutoffs.

ATG166[a]: Returns the current value of 250W Upper Cutoff.
ATG166[a]=[+/-]n.: Sets the value of 250W Upper Cutoff to n , given that -2147483648 <= n <=
2147483647.
