Always wear safety glasses when reassembling your STEYR

pistol to protect your eyes from springs.

To reassemble your STEYR pistol after cleaning it, follow the instruc-

tions below.

CHAPTER 7: REASSEMBLY

1. Holding the barrel by the bolt

lock, insert it into the slide by

pushing it down and in.

2. Insert the recoil spring into the

slide by pressing it down and

in.

3. Push the slide onto the grip

frame towards the back.

4. Swing the disassembly lever

back up.
