USE: The special pepper corer makes preparing stuffed
jalapeños easy. Cut off the stem end of the pepper with the
serrated edge. Remove the seeds in one easy step by
twisting and scooping. While handling peppers, be careful not
to touch your eyes or face, as the pepper juice can sting. It
may help to wear latex gloves to protect your hands. Follow
the recipe enclosed for delicious grilled jalapeño poppers.
