3. Install the Rough Plumbing

C 20″ (50.8 cm) 25″ (63.5 cm) 25″ (63.5 cm)
NOTE: Provide access to all plumbing connections to simplify future maintenance. Include access at the
back of the plumbing wall whenever possible.
Install the water supply pipes according to the faucet manufacturer’s instructions. Cap the supplies
and check for leaks.
Strap the supply lines to the stud framing.
Install the shower valving according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Do not install the trim at
this time.
