Four our electrodes we offer a 6 months warranty on material and manufac-

turing faults.

3 Calibration and measurement

A calibration must always be performed when using a new pH electrode sy-

stem for the ﬁrst time. In case of electrodes in continues use is advisable to

check the function at regular intervals combined with recalibration.

4 Faults

All electrodes are carefully tested before they leave our company. Failure in

practical use cannot however be avoided completely. These failures may be

due either to the electrodes or to other components of the installation. Un-

satisfactory treatment of electrodes may also lead to failure. The checking

of returned electrodes is a very costly procedure. It is therefore absolutely

essential that you provide full details of the type of fault.
