● Move Down : Moves the selected ows down the ows list, which changes their order
in the project.
● Move Up : Moves the selected ows up the ows list, which changes their order in the
project.
● Delete Flow : Deletes the selected ows.
2 Information elds
Allow you to enter information about the currently selected ows or the whole project in
the corresponding eld, such as Composer and Lyricist. If you have selected multiple ows
with different entries in the same elds, such as ows with different composers, those elds
display Mixed.

Copy info from menu
Allows you to select another ow or the whole project whose information you want to copy,
for example, for a project containing multiple ows that all have the same composer and
lyricist.

Copy
Copies all the information from the specied ow/project to the selected ows/project.
TIP
● You can use tokens in text frames to refer to information in the Project Info dialog.
● You cannot specify line breaks in single-line elds. However, you can enter line breaks in
larger elds, namely Copyright and Other information, which you can then copy into
single-line
elds.

Layout Options dialog
The Layout Options dialog allows you to change various aspects of each layout independently.
For example, you can change the physical properties of the layout, such as page size, staff size,
or margins, and how the music appears and is laid out, such as note spacing or staff labels.
Options in Layout Options affect only the selected layouts but apply to all ows in those layouts.
TIP
●
You can save all options currently set in Layout Options as the default for new projects by
selecting a layout type from the
Layout type menu and clicking Save as Default.
●
If you make changes and close the dialog without clicking Apply, you are prompted to save
or discard your changes.
You can open Layout Options in any of the following ways:

Press Ctrl/Cmd-Shift-L in any mode.
●
Choose Setup > Layout Options in Setup mode.
●
Click Layout Options in the Layouts panel in Setup mode.
