System objects are only shown above bracketed groups in your project. If you have no
brackets, system objects only appear at the top of systems.
You can show system dividers between systems when systems contain a minimum number of
players. You can also change the appearance of system dividers.

Showing system dividers
You can show system dividers between systems in ows that include a set minimum number of
players. You can change whether system dividers are shown, and change the minimum number
of players for which system dividers are shown in each layout independently.

PROCEDURE
1. In Setup mode, choose Setup > Layout Options.
The Layout Options dialog opens.
2. In the Layouts list, select the layouts in which you want to show system dividers in one of
the following ways:
Click Select All.
Click Select All Full Score Layouts.
Click Select All Part Layouts.
Click Select All Custom Score Layouts.
Ctrl/Cmd-click individual layouts.
Shift-click adjacent layouts.
3. Click Staves and Systems in the page list.
4. In the System Dividers section, choose one of the following options for Show system
dividers:
When number of staves differs
When minimum number of players present
5. Optional: If you selected When minimum number of players present, change the value
for Minimum number of players in any of the following ways:
Enter a value into the value eld.
Click the arrows beside the value eld.
