Adding prexes/suxes to rehearsal marks
You can add both prexes and suxes to individual rehearsal marks.
PROCEDURE
1. Select the rehearsal marks to which you want to add a prex or sux.
2. In the Properties panel, activate one of the following properties in the Rehearsal Marks
group:

Prex
●
Sux
3. Enter the text you want into the value eld.
4. Save your changes in any of the following ways:
●
Press Return.
●
Click outside of the value eld.
RESULT
The text you entered into the value eld is added to the selected rehearsal marks as a prex or a
sux.
TIP
You can add a custom prex/sux to all rehearsal marks project-wide on the Rehearsal Marks
page in Engrave > Engraving Options.

You can nd options for the project-wide appearance and position of rehearsal marks on the
Rehearsal Marks page in Engraving Options.
For example, you can change the sequence type of rehearsal marks, their default positions, and
whether they are shown in enclosures.
You can open Engraving Options in any of the following ways:

Press Ctrl/Cmd-Shift-E in any mode.
●
Choose Engrave > Engraving Options in Engrave mode.
You can then click Rehearsal Marks in the page list on the left of the dialog.
