Custom notehead sets
You can create and edit custom noteheads and notehead sets, for example, to create noteheads
with specic shapes that represent extended techniques.
In Dorico Elements, noteheads are grouped into sets, which allow you to customize the
noteheads used for different durations. For example, the standard notehead set uses different
noteheads for quarter notes compared to half notes.
You can create new custom notehead sets, and edit existing notehead sets, in the Edit Notehead
Sets dialog.
You can create new and edit individual noteheads within each notehead set in the Edit
Notehead dialog.
