Activation
Once you have installed your Steinberg pro-
gramme, you’ll be prompted on first launch to
log in to your customer account on the Steinberg
website. You’ll be automatically taken there by
clicking “Register”
Your browser may launch a security message.
Please allow your computer to launch the licens-
ing software.
Then the version of the Steinberg programme
installed on your computer will be activated.
This procedure is only necessary the very first
time you launch the software. Afterwards, the
programme will launch automatically, and you
don’t even have to be connected to the internet.
By the way, you can activate Cubase on three
computers simultaneously (and deactivate it if
desired).
