4. Description of controls
4.1 Front panel
All the oven controls are grouped together on the front panel.

VARIABLE GRILL KNOB DESCRIPTION
To activate the variable grill function, turn the “cooking functions” knob (C) to
the symbol .
The “variable grill” knob features an incremental graduated scale that regulates
the grill heating element operating time: turn the knob clockwise
(starting from
“0” position) to increase operating time; turn anticlockwise to decrease
it.
Turn it all the way clockwise to heat the grill for the maximum time.
An orange light below the knob switches o
n and off to indicate when the grill
heating element is in operation; the orange light
switches off when the
maximum temperature is reached.
