Usable anywhere
The DD1 ECO, with integrated
heating system, is usable anywhere
where a power supply is available.
It is space saving not only in the
kitchen as the hob is free, but also
the balcony or terrace is changed
into an “outdoor” kitchen or is
suitable at the camping to create
delicious dishes.
Healthy food preparation
Food is not boiled for too long
time. The steam pressure cooks
the food. Therefore >60% of the
vitamins and >90% of the amino
acids are preserved. As other
valuable ingredients, like minerals,
are not washed out, the food
keeps its own taste. The adding of
salt and other spices can be redu-
ced. The food is of higher grade
and better digestible.
Up to 70% time saving
A delicious goulash is ready in less
than 30 min. Long time cooking
dishes can be prepared in less than
1/5 of the regular time, e.g. dishes
with fresh legumes, potatoes or
other healthy vegetables soups
(in 5 minutes) This creates more
leisure time and quality of life.
The reduced cooking times helps
to safe energy and therefore mo-
ney.
Maximum safety
The DD1 ECO is equipped with
a 5-stage safety system, which is
complying to the latest standards
and e.g. avoids an opening under
pressure. To open the lid a simple
turn of the button is necessary, the
steam pressure escapes controlled
and then the lid is released.
