Sous-Vide means translated into
English: “Under Vacuum”. With
this method the food is heated in
a vacuum bag at a constant low
temperature. Therefore the food is
prepared perfectly homogeneous.
Nutrients, vitamins, texture and
colour is preserved. No other
cooking method can create such
constantly perfect cooking result.
