2.1.2 Removing (Q)Be © plastic cover
(Q)Be© towers are delivered with plastic cover already mounted. In order to install the
product, plastic cover must be removed following the steps below:
• Unscrew the three hexagonal screws located on the sides of the tower (2 on the
right side, 1 on the left side)
• Lift the plastic cover carefully
Caution: When lifting the plastic cover, do not damage the antenna
located on the upper rack of (Q)Be© metal bracket.

2.1.3 (Q)be mother board setup
1. Open the lateral apertures of the plastic box
2. Unscrew the four screws
3. Lift the upper side of the box
Warning
: Lift the upper side carefully and do not exceed the
opening angle of 90° to avoid damaging cables and connectors.
The main controls and functional blocks of (Q)be Master unit mother board are highlighted in the
picture below. Slave unit is equipped with the same circuit board but the blocks required only on
Master (3G, CPU, SIM card holder) are not mounted.
