3. Once you are done using the printer, click the Disconnect button.
Auto-Connecting the Printer
The print server also supports an Auto-Connect function so that you don’t have to
connect / disconnect manually, after the driver for the printer has been installed (i.e.
after the rst manual connect operation or physical connection to the computer).
1. In the USB Device Server Control Center Software, click Auto-
Connect Printer, then Set Auto-Connect Printer.
2. In the window that opens, select your printer and click Apply.
3. When you send a print job, the software will automatically connect the printer
and send the print job to it, as long as the control center software is running.
Mac OS
1. Start the USB Device Server Control Center software and allow it to nd the print
server on your LAN / Wireless connection.
2. Select the printer that you would like to connect and click the Connect button to
automatically map the network printer. If this is the rst time you’re connecting the
printer, Mac OS may take a moment to install the printer and detect / prompt for drivers
