Service and Repair
If, for any reason, your hearing instruments do not
operate properly, do NOT attempt to fix it yourself.
Not only are you likely to violate any applicable
warranties or insurance, you could easily cause
further damage.
Should your hearing instruments fail or perform
poorly, try the following steps. If problems
continue, contact your hearing care professional
for advice and assistance. Many common
problems may be solved right in your hearing care
professional’s office or clinic.
Trouble Shooting Steps:
1. Replace battery
2. Clean or replace Wax Guard
3. Clean both microphone and receiver with brush
