Auto Install Drivers: The futurePRNT comes
with a CD including all drivers (Win9x™, Win2k™,
XP™, MAC OSX™, Linux™, JAVAPOS™,
OPOPOS™). Insert the CD or plug the printer in and
the installation happens automatically!

The futurePRNT has everything in the box!: 5 ft USB
cable, 6 ft power cord, wall mount kit, vertical kit, CD
(includes all drivers), free software solutions (see
below), setup guide, power switch cover, 1 roll of
paper.
WHQL: The futurePRNT is the first Star printer to
get digitally signed by Microsoft. This means no pop up
windows telling you that the driver can harm your
computer.
Complete Software Solutions: Star
Micronics includes a set of software tools that allows
you to modify the output receipt without modifying your
application. All for Free! Star will also provide an SDK
to incorporate these tools into POS software products.
