LOADING SINGLE SHEETS

Thissectionwilltakeyouthroughtheproceduresfor loadingsinglesheets

of paper.

If youareusingtheoptionalautomaticsheetfeeder(SF-10DQ),referto the

ASFinstructionbooklet.

Automatic loading

Singlesheetscan be loadedmanuallywiththepoweroff,or automatically

withthe pwer on. We willstartthe easywaywith automaticloading.

1. Placethe paper guidein positionby insertingthe tabs, locatedon the

bottomof the assembly,intothe slotson the rearcoverof theprinter.

2. Adjustthepaperguidestomatchthesizeofthepaperyouwillbeusing.

Rememberthatprintingwillstartsomedistancefromtheleft-handedge

of the carriage.

3. Tumonthe powerusingtheswitchlocatedatthefrontofthe printer.The

printerwillbeep,indicatingthatthereisnopaperinpositionforprinting.
