HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT

Refer to illustration A. The proper height of the
inLine® Traction Control System for stretching
is to match the pivot of the BELT(25) on the MAIN
FRAME(14) to your body pivot point at the hip.
To make a height adjustment, pull the SPRING
PIN(12) and slide the INNER TUBE(13) to adjust.
Lock the INNER TUBE(13) in desired position
by inserting the SPRING PIN(12) into one of the
adjustment holes in the INNER TUBE(13).
To use the inLine® Traction Control System, proper set up and adjustment of the inLine® Traction
Control System is important for a revitalizing stretch.
FOAM ROLLER(15)

BELT(25) ADJUSTMENT
The FOAM ROLLER(15) and BELT(25) are used to control the stretching amount and adjusts to t the
different sizes of the users. Refer to illustration B and the detail view to adjust the length of the BELT(25)
at the BUCKLES(16) on both sides.
Refer to illustration C. If you are an average height person, start with setting the
FOAM ROLLER(15)
in
the middle position of the U shaped brace of the MAIN FRAME(14) and adjust if necessary.
1. Adjust the FOAM ROLLER(15) closer to the pivot of the BELT(25) if you are taller than average or
you want to increase the amount of stretching.
2. Adjust the FOAM ROLLER(15) closer to the front edge of the MAIN FRAME(14) if you are shorter
than average or you want to reduce the amount of stretching amount.
